Charter Night is a long standing tradition with remarks from the current President, Dr. E Charles Ezuma-Ngwu on the Club’s achievements over the year and involves the Installation of Rotary Club of Potomac 2022-2023 President. PE Dr. Pallavi Gowda and her vision for the coming year and the Club's new board members.
