The Rotary Club of Potomac, chartered in 1960 proudly incorporates Rotary International’s core values of service, fellowship, diversity, integrity, and leadership. We have a strong history of long-standing members who pioneered the eradication of Polio and inducted the first female Rotarian to a Rotary club in the US. We work with our District and Rotary International closely and look forward to welcoming new members with open arms who share our goal of serving humanity.

Rotary Club of Potomac’s mission is to make a positive, sustainable, social, and economic impact on our local community through service to others and to advance Rotary International’s goal of spreading goodwill and peace in the world.  Our vision is to be recognized as a vibrant group of business and community leaders who are live by our motto of putting “Service Above Self” both locally and globally. We provide support to many worthwhile programs that directly impact the residents of Montgomery County.
